New Vista KY is seeking an Enrichment Center Instructor to provide active treatment programs for clients at The Hazelwood Center. You will work directly with residents to promote independence and skill development aligned to individualized goals.
You will format lesson plans, set long-term objectives, plan events, coordinate community activities, and document progress for meetings. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

One year of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and/or mental health.
This is a full-time position, days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional flex hours, evening and/or weekend work may be required.
Enrichment Center Instructor provides active treatment programs to enhance the lives of the clients who reside at The Hazelwood Center. In this position you will be working directly with clients to promote independence and skill building to fulfil client specific goals.
This position requires less than 5% travel. Travel will include traveling between Hazelwood Center, and outlying community homes.
