Job summary

Inspired Living at Ocoee is seeking a Housekeeper (Full-Time) with open availability and weekend availability for the Inspired Living Senior Living community in Ocoee, FL. This role includes housekeeping and laundry duties, with attention to resident privacy and safety.

The position focuses on cleaning apartments, common areas, and following all regulatory standards while communicating with supervision. Strong customer service and reliability are valued as part of our caring team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning of bathroom fixtures and floors.
• Changes residents' bedding and linens weekly and manages linen inventory.
• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention.
• Maintains cleanliness of all common areas including entry, corridors, dining room, and restrooms.
• Cleans floors, carpets, and performs mopping and disinfecting as needed.
• Cleans public restrooms, ensures fixtures are polished and free of water marks.
• Handles hazardous cleaning supplies according to safety procedures.
• Attends in-service trainings and on-the-job programs as scheduled.
• Responds to resident emergencies per protocol and assists with disaster management if needed.
• Maintains compliance with local, state, federal, and licensing rules.
