Job summary

Inspired Living at Ocoee is seeking a Care Partner Part-Time to support residents with daily living activities in our senior living community. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal service, and documentation under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Director.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year caregiving experience, and good verbal and written communication. Proficiency with Word and Excel is preferred; CNA or HHA is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Follow the resident's service plan and provide personal care.
• Documents changes of condition per laws and policies.
• Communicate with residents' families and medical professionals as directed.
• Work safely and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.
• Assist with meal service and dining room duties.
• Promote teamwork and positive resident interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
