Senior Living Residences' Concord Park in Concord, MA is seeking an EnrichedLIFE Director to design and oversee meaningful programming for residents, focusing on whole-person wellbeing. You will lead a dynamic team, coordinate external entertainers, and plan engaging outings while maintaining a resident-centered approach.

The role requires 3+ years in senior healthcare, dementia expertise, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior healthcare experience; licensure in related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementias, and behavior management with cognitively impaired residents.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP); opportunity to obtain if not held.
• Valid driver’s license; insured by community auto insurance; 26+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Form meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Develop and implement all resident programs tailored to interests.
• Coordinate entertainment: guest lecturers, musicians, fitness instructors.
• Plan outings; drive the community van for shopping, museum visits, and events.
• Supervise part-time programming assistant and van driver.
• Create monthly newsletters; take photos; update social media.
• Manage department budget; serve as Manager on Duty, including some weekends.
