Qualifications

• 3+ years in landscape construction or enhancement PM.
• Strong knowledge of plant materials and installation techniques.
• Valid driver's license and DOT compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily enhancement crews to keep on time, scope, and budget.
• Coordinate material staging, equipment readiness, and labor.
• Estimate scopes and validate job costing accuracy.
• Manage schedules with account managers.
• Train crew leaders and field teams for quality and safety.
• Serve as client contact alongside account managers for in-progress work.
• Monitor budgets and labor to ensure profitability.
• Track timecards, incident reports, and billing prep.
• Support snow removal operations during winter season when applicable.

What You'll Do

• Manage schedules and project plans in coordination with account managers
• Train and develop crew leaders and field teams to meet quality and safety standards

• Track and manage paperwork, including timecards, incident reports, and billing prep
• Support snow removal operations during winter season (as applicable)

What You Bring

• 3+ years in landscape construction or enhancement project management
