Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a motivated landscape technician to join our crew in Apache Junction, AZ. The role focuses on installing landscape upgrades for residential and commercial properties, including plants, rockwork, and irrigation adjustments.

You will work closely with a team to deliver quality outdoor spaces on a steady, year-round schedule. Candidates should have at least 1 year of landscape or construction experience, be able to lift 50+ lbs, and communicate effectively

• 1+ year landscape or construction experience.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
• Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
• Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.

Requirements

• 1+ year of landscape or construction experience required.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
