Ruppert Landscape is hiring an Enhancement Crew Member for landscape maintenance and installation in Houston, TX. You will perform diverse tasks from planting and grading to irrigation and lighting installations, working under a Field Manager to support client properties.

As an Enhancement Crew Member, you will perform a variety of landscape installation and enhancement tasks-including planting, grading, mulching, irrigation, drainage, and installation of landscape features-while working collaboratively with a team under the direction of a Field Manager. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Typically 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability required during the spring season
