Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $26.00/hr

You’d Be Responsible For

• Attaining efficiency and client standards
• Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guiding soil, planting, watering, and insect control activities
• Driving and maintaining our vehicles, training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, managing schedules, and reviewing charts and reports

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

• 2+ years of landscape install experience
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew
• At least 1 year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience desired

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership skills, familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle physical work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), extensive walking
• CDL certification
• Reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork ability
