Job summary

Bedrock Landscaping, LLC in McKinney, TX, is seeking a hardworking Crew Member to join our residential and commercial landscaping team. You will perform outdoor maintenance, assist with planting, and support project crews on a variety of sites.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina, and the ability to work early mornings through Saturdays. We offer a small benefits package, including 401(k) and life insurance options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic understanding of English to read safety instructions.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lift up to 25 lbs) and perform strenuous outdoor tasks.
• Availability from 5am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge sidewalks, weed flower beds, remove debris.
• Load and unload materials from trucks (mulch, soil, plants).
• Clean work areas, dig trenches, and prepare soil for planting.
• Perform varied tasks associated with outdoor landscaping projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, edging sidewalks, weeding flower beds, removing debris, and raking leaves.
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks, including mulch, soil, and plants.
• Cleaning up work areas, digging trenches, and preparing soil for planting.

Performing a variety of tasks and assigned work duties involving strenuous manual labor in outdoor projects and worksites
