Job summary

The Recognition Place in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Production associate. The role involves interacting with the public, filling out order requirements, and producing engraved awards, signs, and related products.

You will operate diamond and rotary engraving machines, along with a laser engraver and UV printer, to manufacture a variety of items. Experience with CorelDraw/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly and enjoy working with the public.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate diamond and rotary engraving machines, as well as a laser engraver and UV printer.
• Fill out order requirements and produce the requested products.
• Maintain showroom displays and assist customers.
• Unpack boxes for stockroom and perform general cleanup of work areas and showroom.
• Adapt to a fast-paced production environment as needed.
