Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter or 24+ credit hours in applicable subject with other degree.
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in subject matter or education.
• 2+ years teaching/education experience.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and facilitate grade-specific lessons.
• Provide high-level subject instruction in an interactive environment.
• Design creative lessons and assessments aligned with BASIS Curriculum.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and professional community building.
• Tutor students to enhance academic and career success.
• Manage student behavior fostering achievement and respect.
• Support non-instructional duties like 'Early Bird,' 'Late Bird,' and lunch supervision.
• Maintain consistent, full attendance.
• Supervise students individually and in groups.
