Right at Home Miami Metro in Miami Beach, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients with mobility and personal care.

Requirements include CNA or HHA certification, valid driver's license, English fluency, CPR, and a background check. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and Travel between clients is compensated.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate is required before interview.
• Valid Driver License or State ID.
• Social Security card (in color).
• Proof of legal status to work in the U.S.
• Auto insurance and vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions; monitor nutritional needs.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, dishes, laundry, cleaning).
• Provide companionship and support; assist with mobility and exercises as directed.
• Use gait belts or Hoyer lifts as needed for safe transfers.

Essential Functions

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to):
  • vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors
  • doing dishes
  • changing bed linens
  • doing laundry and cleaning bathroom
• Performs patient-specific activities. These could include (but are not limited to):
  • Providing hospice supportive care
  • Medication reminders
  • Assisting with exercises
  • Incontinence care
  • Use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
