Right at Home Miami Metro, FL is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our trusted care team in Miami, FL. You will provide personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and companionship to clients in their homes, promoting comfort and independence.

Qualifications

• CNA license or HHA certificate is required.
• Valid Driver License or State Photo ID is required.
• Second form of ID (SSN, Passport, Voter's Registration, etc.) is required.
• Auto Insurance is required.
• CPR card (in-person class) is required.
• Level 2 Fingerprint Background check is required.
• Alzheimer's, HIV, and Assisting with medications CEU are preferred.
• 1 letter of recommendation is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care activities to assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Includes hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, meal prep, errands/appointments.
• Cares for patient through housekeeping tasks and medication reminders.
• Provides hospice supportive care and supports exercises and incontinence care.
• Uses lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.

Essential Functions:

Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. These could include (but are not limited to):

• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
• Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom

• Incontinence care

Preferred Experience in:
