Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

You’ll evaluate image and video pairs, judge which follows prompts better, and contribute to improving AI systems through careful feedback and notes. Remote, flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to identify issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, spotting distortions, flicker, text errors, and mismatched audio, then explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a written explanation of what was observed.
