Responsibilities

• Pulpit & Teaching Ministry: Provide primary spiritual leadership by delivering gospel-centered, teaching across Sunday services, Bible studies, and discipleship classes to connect faith, career, and culture.
• Education, Prayer, & Shepherding: Direct key spiritual initiatives—including Sunday School, baptism classes, and prayer ministries—while providing dedicated pastoral care, counseling, and shepherding to the English congregation.
• Vision, Planning, & Mobilization: Align ministry priorities with the overarching mission and actively deploying congregants' spiritual gifts to serve the church.
• Cross-Cultural Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to maintain church unity while effectively advocating for the English congregation.
