Overview

We are currently seeking a new English Ministry Pastor to preach weekly, shepherd our English Congregation (approx. 50 persons), and serve with the Elder Team to lead the overall church.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preaching and leading Sunday services
2. Overseeing the English worship team
3. Overseeing English Life Groups (currently they meet in homes and are sermon-based)
4. Overseeing English biblical training through Sunday School
5. Providing pastoral care to the English Congregation
6. Serving on the Elder Team, which is comprised of biblically qualified leaders from both the English and the Chinese congregations.
7. Working with other staff members, including the Chinese Pastor, Youth Pastor, and the Kids Ministry Director.
8. Discipling and equipping the saints to engage in the ministries of evangelism and discipleship
