Compensation And Benefits (prorated To FTE)
- $80,432 - $131,581 annual starting salary (certificated salary schedule) [prorated]
- 183 day calendar
- Master's and Doctoral supplements of $2,967.00 [prorated]
- Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time. CUHSD contribution of up to $1,558.07 - $3,802.79 monthly ($17,138.77 - $41,830.69 annually) for full-time employees' medical, dental and vision. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status.
- We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not to include any credentialing fees).
- We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District toward salary placement.
- One-time Bilingual (Spanish) signing incentive of up to $2,000 for new hires [determined via online testing] to be paid out after two months in the District. [prorated]
