Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time. CUHSD contribution of up to $1,558.07 - $3,802.79 monthly ($17,138.77- $41,830.69 annually) for full-time employees' medical, dental, and vision. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status.

We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not including any credentialing fees).

We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District toward salary placement.

One-time Bilingual (Spanish) signing incentive of up to $2,000 for new hires [determined via online testing], paid after two months in the District. [prorated]
