Job summary

Welo Data is seeking a Maps Visual Design Relevance Evaluator (English, US) to assess map design quality, readability, and polish. You will focus on viewport framing, geospatial accuracy, and content relevance while reviewing personalized location recommendations for relevance and usefulness.

This freelance role is remote in the United States, with strict project instructions and up to three rounds per project. You will be paid hourly and can start as soon as you’re selected.

Qualifications

• To be located and have the right to work in the United States.
• An existing Gmail account with prior usage on Google Maps.
• Participation limited to a maximum of three project rounds.

What You’ll Do

• Follow strict project instructions and complete tasks accurately, including tagging specific issues (e.g., “Icons not properly masked,” “Labels too small”).

Requirements

PROJECT DETAILS

• Estimated volume: 8 - 10 hours
• Start date: The project runs on a weekly basis. Eligible candidates will be added to a pool of certified raters and contacted at least 48 hours before kickoff.
