Job summary

You will design fixtures, run tests, document results, and help improve lab processes in a collaborative team with engineers and manufacturing staff.

Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 1–3 years in a similar role, and strong reading of drawings and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; leadership of small teams a plus.
• Experience reading drawings/3D models and electrical diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic lab safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document testing of electro‑mechanical devices and plastic parts.
• Record and analyze test results, identify deviations, log reports.
• Develop test fixtures and automated systems to support testing.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in lab policy improvements, scheduling, and training of new technicians.
