Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting an aerospace manufacturing client in Clearwater, FL to hire an Engineering Test Technician for the Aerospace Testing Operations. This onsite role supports the Engineering and Production Testing Teams and requires attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

The candidate will conduct testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and evaluation of aerospace systems and components, read schematics, and document findings for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineering technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace testing methodologies and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and troubleshoot at the system and component level.
• Experience using aerospace testing equipment and software tools such as CIRTS and DEWESOFT, along with data analysis and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and evaluation of aerospace systems, components, assemblies, DC circuits, and inertial navigation products.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, provide data for FRB investigations, and support engineering decisions.
• Determine compliance to test specifications using drawings, standard work, procedures, and diagrams.
• Document test procedures and findings and communicate results to key stakeholders.
• Manage lab equipment inventory and assist with specialized test equipment setup and guidance of entry-level test technicians.

Our client, an aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking an Engineering Test Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Test Technician, you will be part of the Aerospace Testing Operations supporting Engineering and Production Testing Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Test Technician

Location: Clearwater, FL (Onsite)

Shift: 2nd shift - 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Pay Range: $32/hr

What’s the Job?
