Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Significant years of professional experience in engineering field required.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education strongly desired; online curriculum development a plus.
• Exhibit excellent English communication and writing skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Engineering Technology Programs, ensuring accreditation and program effectiveness.
• Develop and implement curriculum, assessment, and program evaluations to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the Associate Dean of STEM on marketing, scheduling, and facility oversight (Mobile Training Lab).
• Coordinate with admissions, advising, and partnerships with schools and industry to promote programs.
