Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site's Engineering & Technology team.
• Identify and implement process and technology improvement opportunities.
• Manage capital projects from concept through execution.
• Oversee project budgets, contractor management, and equipment selection.
• Partner cross-functionally with plant leadership to improve operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction initiatives.
