Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, creating SOPs, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and mechanical abilities are essential, with experience in 2D/3D modeling preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Communicate effectively through written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of 2D & 3D solid modeling preferred (AutoCAD/Inventor).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational technical support for existing applications and processes.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to solve issues.
• Troubleshoot problems with other technical employees, suppliers, and outside experts.
• Create training tools, documents, and standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and events.
• Present technical information or proposals to team members.
• Offer assistance/mentor for less experienced technical employees.
• Conduct testing related to introducing product improvements into the manufacturing process.
• Perform complex analyses using quality tools and lab techniques.
• Act as a team member on larger-scale projects with defined task ownership.
• Take full responsibility for small-scale expense or capital projects.
• Estimate project schedules, resource needs, and costs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for functional areas or projects.
• Engage in continuous education and skill development.
• Design, build, and test models or prototypes.
• Demonstrate how technology solutions meet customer requirements.
