The role involves cross-training in software, mechanics, and hardware, plus recipe generation, setup validation, data collection, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical, engineering, laboratory, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment.
• A 2-year technical degree or certificate in a technical science field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable product qualification activities for the business lines.
• Develop processes & technology for New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Assist engineering teams with technical support (including data system & network activities).
• Design & execute engineering experiments in Final Test and Wafer Test (Probe).
• Draft experimental reports and maintain procedural documentation.
• Provide process monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement to equipment or materials.
• Create recipes or setups for new products/hardware.
• Promote quality and safety.
• Operate manufacturing equipment including: automated test equipment, wafer handlers, final test handlers, scopes & lab equipment.
