Job summary

Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, FL seeks an Engineering Technician for full-time, varied shifts. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across guest rooms, public areas, pools, and back-of-house facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of maintenance experience in hospitality, resort, facilities, or property maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Technical or trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on resort equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, housekeeping, and other departments.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to guest rooms, public areas, pools, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and repair requirements.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support renovation projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades as needed.
• Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in emergency response activities and after-hours maintenance support as required.
