• Education substitution allowed with two years of graduate study or a master's degree related to the position.
• Time-in-grade requirements apply for current federal employees; SF-50 documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Act as negotiator and advisor to contracting officer for fair and reasonable costs on SDVOSB construction projects.
• Sit on selection boards for A/E services and ESPC contractors.
• Monitor and supervise national contracts for high-technical medical equipment and design-build construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with VA standards; inspect work; coordinate changes; maintain as-built drawings.
• Maintain Capital Assets Database and space files to reflect new configurations.
