Job summary

Pride Global seeks an Engineering Technician in Austin, TX to lead or support prototype testing, lab operations and material/ product construction evaluation. The role supports multiple projects within the electrical products market and ensures accurate data collection and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year in a lab setting, an associate or two-year technical degree, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists and engineers on experiments, prototype testing and lab evaluations.
• Perform laboratory testing and document observations, procedures and results.
• Assist with data analysis, summaries and technical reports.
