Job summary

Astrion is seeking an Engineering Technician 4 for the RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract supporting the Army Division at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role involves providing electrician support for operations around test stands and fixtures, operating and maintaining test equipment, and assisting senior engineers during field tests, including CONUS travel.

Candidates should have extensive experience in commercial and industrial electrical work, be able to obtain a Secret

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and hold a valid driver's license.
• Experience with electrician support, testing hardware, and operations around test stands and fixtures.

We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC, Huntsville, AL and Burlington, MA with an additional 36 locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Technician 4 for the RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract supporting the Army Division. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

• 7 years of applicable experience supporting engineering, design, or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or 3 years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and 4 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area: Commercial and Industrial Electrical.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance (Must be a U.S. Citizen).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
