At the Anoka County Transportation Division, our vision is to enhance and protect life by delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation solutions. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Technician IV who will oversee project activities involving multiple staff members. In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day direction for tasks related to drafting construction plans, conducting topographical and construction surveys, and coordinating multiple phases of roadway and bridge development to ensure safety and performance standards are met. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt, on‑site position. Interviews will take place the week of 10/26/2026 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 34: $74,214 to $103,896 ($35.68 to $49.95 per hour).
This position will work at Anoka County Highway building located at 1440 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover MN 55304. Expected work hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
