Solution One Industries seeks an Engineering Technician III at Fort Bliss, TX. Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED with 3 years' experience or an associate degree with 1 year. DoD secret clearance is required; travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Plan and perform routine and non-routine hardware assembly and integration assignments of substantial variety and complexity.
• Construct components, subunits, or simple models; adapt standard equipment; troubleshoot and correct malfunctions.
• Follow specific layout and scientific diagrams to construct and package simple devices and subunits of equipment.
• Conduct tests or experiments requiring selection and adaptation of test equipment and procedures, record data, and analyze problems of significant complexity.

Responsibilities

• Extract and compile engineering data from field notes, manuals, and lab reports; process data and identify inconsistencies.
• Apply methods to limited segments of R&D projects; construct experimental models to meet engineering requirements; document findings.
• Review or develop designs by analyzing engineering data and developing schematics, drawings and parts lists.
• Serve as a prototype systems and network data collector/analyst during testing and assessments.
