Job summary

Rehlko in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, is seeking an Engineering Technician III to join our on-site testing teams. You will set up and operate test equipment to evaluate engines, generators, and related systems, record results, and troubleshoot to ensure performance meets Kohler's high standards.

You will analyze data, contribute to new test setups, perform basic preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a test environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate engines, generators, or systems and record results.
• Analyze, interpret, document, and communicate test results.
• Assist in developing new test setups and procedures.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and 5S in test cells and workstations.
• Demonstrate technical competency and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage lab space, tools, components, and test cells.
