Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking a Technician to support non-conformance reviews, MRB rework disposition, and initiation of rework. The role focuses on root cause investigations and actions to improve yield across critical manufacturing processes.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to disposition parts, define rework, and coordinate corrective actions. Strong RCCA, data analysis in InfinityQS/JMP/Excel, and team communication are essential in this

Qualifications

• AS in engineering or quality field; or HS diploma with 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, specifications, and control charts.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality to disposition parts and define rework.
• Assist Operators and Inspectors with specifications, plans and work instructions.
• Lead groups to brainstorm and solve issues in safety, scrap, throughput, and cost.
• Create templates in Plex for rework methods; troubleshoot part flow in Plex.
