• Independently support complex engineering tests, experiments, and development activities.
• Build, modify, assemble, and troubleshoot prototypes, test fixtures, and engineering equipment.
• Execute non-routine technical tasks interpreting drawings, procedures, or specifications.
• Provide hands-on support for design validation, process development, or product sustainment.
