Job summary

Entegris is hiring at its Burnet site for an Engineering Technician I in receiving. You will start up, monitor, and troubleshoot purification systems, perform decontamination, sampling, filling, and inspect products to meet the highest safety and quality standards while supporting cross-functional teams.

The role requires staying on schedule, adhering to SOPs, and contributing to continuous improvements with a focus on productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree is a plus.
• Previous chemical handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45000 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination of manufacturing equipment.
• Sample, fill, and inspect final products.
• Pull chemistry samples and submit to the lab for analysis.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain lab equipment and handle waste disposal.
• Support on-time delivery from make to ship.
• Propose and implement process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
