The role evolves from Technician I duties to perform testing, data collection, calibration, and documentation; it requires collaboration with engineering and production teams, training others, and maintaining cleanroom and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of technician experience
• Associate’s degree in a technical field with 2+ years of chemical or device processing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation for products, processes and quality systems.
• Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Assist training for other employees on product, processes, and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on new product development.
• Assemble, operate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment in the assigned area.
• Collect data from experimental testing and production.
• Assist in development of project specifications and ensure compliance with standards.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ years related technician experience

Associate’s degree in a relevant technical field and 2+ years of related chemical and/or device processing experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

An equivalent combination of education and experience
