Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years of work-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on mechanical knowledge is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support assembly, test, and qualification of equipment and systems.
• Prepare simple drawings, layouts, specifications, and procedures.
• Use standard test equipment to evaluate and document performance.
• Gather data for ROI, process improvement, and tolerance studies.
• Provide hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of components and subsystems.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
