SAIC is seeking an Engineering Technician responsible for mechanical assembly and testing of electro-mechanical equipment. You will inspect, upgrade, repair, and maintain equipment, disassemble and re-assemble components, and pack items into wood crates for shipping.
The ideal candidate has related experience with tools, drawing interpretation, and attention to quality. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours, with no weekends or overtime.

Aircraft component repair experience
Automotive (or similar) component repair experience
Three years of relevant working experience
Experience with measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers
Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings or technical manuals
Forklift driving experience
Sand blasting experience
