You will assist with testing, data collection, troubleshooting, and implementation of engineering solutions to support product development, manufacturing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in engineering support or hands-on technical role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
• Experience using diagnostic/measurement tools.
• Familiarity with testing, troubleshooting, and equipment setup.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• High attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, lab, or field service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with setup, testing, and validation of equipment or systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Collect, record, and analyze operational or test data for decisions.
• Support prototype builds, equipment installations, and system modifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Document technical activities, test results, and system updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and maintenance teams to solve problems.
• Ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
