You will perform site inspections, maintain records, coordinate with project teams, and learn required training in BUILDER and PAVER; appointment is permanent, GS-11, full-time with annual salary listed. Must pass pre-employment physical and hold a valid driver’s license. Able to lift up to 44 pounds.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience including site inspections and data entry into BUILDER SMS and PAVER.
• Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute assignments independently using available guidelines.
• Establish priorities and resolve unprecedented problems within the BUILDER SMS and PAVER scope.
