United States Army Installation Management Command in Texas is seeking an Engineering Technician to prepare cost estimates for in-house purchases and for service contracts on routine projects in the Fort Hood area.

About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove and is approximately 60 miles north of the capital city of Austin, 50 miles south of Waco, 160 miles south of Dallas, and 150 miles north of San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates for in-house purchases and service contract cost estimates for complete routine conventional projects and services of relatively limited scope or portions of larger and more diverse projects.
