Job summary

You will lead the creation of comprehensive Scope of Work for A-E services, review architect-engineer designs, and coordinate related studies, reports, and correspondence to support design and project leadership efforts.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience including cost estimation and project management.
• Experience coordinating service contracts and overseeing machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to prepare drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation for procurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary drawings, specifications, and supporting documents for advertised or negotiated procurements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for use in obtaining project funding, in bid evaluation, and in contract modifications.
• Prepare comprehensive Scope of Work for A-E services when required to supplement in-house capability and manages such work.
• Review engineering designs prepared by architect-engineer firms
• Prepare studies, reports, correspondence, and specifications as related to design and project leadership responsibilities.
• Evaluate design objective, identifies, and sequences tasks for economical and efficient project design and performance, considering all influences.
