Job summary

A leading RV manufacturer in Indiana is seeking an Engineering Technician to support product design and development. This role involves working closely with engineers, assisting with new product concepts and modifications, while also maintaining a substantial presence on the production floor. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, and familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a preference for candidates with RV industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant engineering or technical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in the RV industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineer with new product concepts and design modifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs meet build requirements.
• Support the preparation and documentation of Product Change Notices.
