Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, software, circuit boards, and test equipment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and data analysis.
• Ability to perform quality assurance checks and document technical findings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware, software, circuit boards, and test equipment.
• Perform regular calibration, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
• Utilize Excel macros and data analysis to document test results and perform QA checks.
• Analyze data and identify root causes of technical failures and equipment issues.
• Execute assigned tasks with the ability to shift priorities and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Collaborate with team members and also work independently to meet deadlines.
• Follow and execute multi-step testing procedures and technical processes.
• Communicate project status, routine information, and test results to team leads.
• Present work progress, data, and findings during staff and team meetings.
• Accurately follow complex verbal directions and written technical documentation.
