• Serves as Contracting Officer’s Representative for DPW contracts.
• Monitors contracts from inception to conclusion and initiates corrective action.
• Notifies contracting officer/contractor of violations with respect to schedule, cost, and technical performance.
• Recommends payment or deductions based on contract terms and performance.
• Acts as dpw contact for facilities managed by contract personnel.
