Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a performance-driven Contracts Manager to support US Army programs and related networks for military vehicles and equipment. The role involves managing terms, budgets, change notices, and contractor performance across multiple locations, with an emphasis on compliance with government regulations.

Requirements include US citizenship, an advanced business/finance/contract degree with 8–10 years of DOD contract experience, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance if needed.

Qualifications

• MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Contracts, Law or other related degree with 8 to 10 years of experience as a contract’s administrator working within the DOD environment.
• 3 additional years of experience, and a BA/BS from an accredited college or university, may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Negotiate terms and conditions.
• Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract.
• Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, contract specifications and government regulations.
• Perform closing activities as needed.
• Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with government regulations.
