Responsibilities
- Review and administer complex project schedules.
- Prepare government cost estimates for change orders and claims.
- Evaluate labor and material escalation, delays, and impacts on schedules.
- Advise Resident Office staff on contract administration issues.
- Negotiate changes with contractors.
- Monitor receipt and distribution of contractual documents.
- Provide technical support in evaluating potential claims.
- Assemble engineering and fiscal data to request funds or reallocations.
- Enforce safety practices and regulations.
