Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at GS-11 or equivalent, with duties in reading drawings, developing proposals for minor construction or repair, CAD for sketches and diagrams, and reviewing contracts for adequacy.

Responsabilités

• Prepares project design packages for new construction, alterations, maintenance and repair across multiple building types.
• Completes final drawings in support of submission of Scopes of Work and Performance Work Statements.
• Tracks, analyzes and evaluates all programmed work to ensure compliance with project and statutory cost limits.
• Acts as Contracting Officer's Representative for engineering projects.
• Performs assignments including heating, ventilating, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical systems.
• Reviews contractor invoices for accuracy and conducts on-site inspections for approval and acceptance.
