Position Details

Shift: Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift | $36-$38/hr + $2/hr shift premium

Support engineering and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment, focusing on equipment development, troubleshooting, and fixture fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers on equipment and fixture construction and improvement
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and production systems
• Build and modify test equipment, jigs, and fixtures
• Calibrate tools and perform preventive maintenance
• Solder, machine, and perform light welding on mechanical systems
• Wire and plumb production molds and fixtures
• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for issue resolution
• Maintain safety and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• 2-year technical degree (engineering-related preferred)
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Skills in machining, soldering, and fixture fabrication
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
