Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $32.00/hr

About The Role

The Engineer Technician plays a crucial role in the Durable Goods Manufacturing sector by ensuring that engineering processes and systems operate efficiently and effectively. This position involves collaborating with engineers to develop, test, and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and production goals. The Engineer Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment and systems, providing technical support, and maintaining documentation related to engineering projects. By applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, the Engineer Technician will contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations. Ultimately, this role is vital for enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in durable goods.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CAD software and other engineering design tools.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards.
